Shipping Terms and Conditions
Delivery Service Scope
We provide delivery services within South Africa, across Africa, and to international markets, contingent upon the availability of services from our partner shipping or courier companies.
General Conditions of Delivery
All shipments of orders from My Wellness are governed by the following terms and any other terms or policies outlined on our website www.my-wellness.co.za.
Right to Withhold Delivery
My Wellness reserves the right to withhold shipping or delivery of orders under the following circumstances:
- Where payment for order has not been cleared.
- The cost of shipping is prohibitive.
- There is a risk to personnel delivering orders.
- Any other reasons deemed pertinent by My Wellness.
Delivery Times
Orders are generally delivered during the week from Monday to Friday. However, packages may be delivered over weekends or holidays if deemed necessary by the courier company. In such cases, you will be informed in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Delivery Periods
The delivery periods stated on our website for domestic and international markets are indicative and serve as a guide to inform customers of expected delivery times. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Limitations imposed by the partner courier company.
- National or international disturbances such as strikes, wars, or social unrest.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Local orders (Western Cape): 2–3 days.
- National orders (South Africa): 3–5 days.
- International orders: 10–15 days (subject to customs clearance).
Order Tracking
My Wellness will make reasonable efforts to inform and update clients regarding the status of their shipments. However, this information may not always be 100% accurate due to limitations, especially for remote or international markets.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the status of their delivery by contacting My Wellness via email at orders@my-wellness.co.za or any other platforms provided upon confirmation of order fulfillment.
Tracking Information
While we strive to keep customers updated with tracking numbers, this may not always be possible due to factors such as system failures or the unavailability of information for remote or international deliveries.
Cost of Returns
The cost of returns on delivered orders will be borne by My Wellness, except in cases where:
- The customer decides to change their order after it has been dispatched or marked as fulfilled on our website.
- There is no error, fault, or mistake on the part of My Wellness.
Order Editing
Orders can be edited at any time without incurring additional shipping costs, provided the change is submitted via email to orders@my-wellness.co.za or via telephone before the package has been dispatched or marked as fulfilled on our website.
Free Shipping within South Africa
We offer free domestic door-to-door delivery on order values of R750.00 or more, including VAT, within South Africa, subject to My Wellness’s sole discretion. My Wellness reserves the right to change or adjust the minimum order quantity that qualifies for free shipping.
Domestic Shipping Times
Domestic orders are typically shipped within 2–5 working days from receipt of payment. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of My Wellness or our partner courier company, some orders may take longer. We will endeavor to rectify any such delays as soon as possible.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and dispatched. This email will contain the tracking number from the nominated courier, allowing you to track your parcel. This confirmation is subject to our systems being fully operational including those of our shipping partners' systems.
